To fill your prescriptions and provide pharmacy care, we collect the information you give us directly: your name, date of birth, contact details, health card number, medication and allergy history, and notes from your pharmacist consultations.

If you use our website, we also collect basic technical information like your IP address and the pages you visit, only when you have given consent for analytics cookies.

We use your information to fill and manage your prescriptions, communicate with you and your other healthcare providers, deliver services you have requested (including delivery and reminders), and meet our legal obligations as a licensed pharmacy in British Columbia.

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We only share your information with parties you would expect: your prescribing doctor or nurse practitioner, your insurance provider (with your consent), the delivery service handling a delivery to you, and regulatory bodies when required by law.

Our online forms (prescription requests, transfers, vaccination and appointment booking, newsletter sign-up, and general contact requests) are submitted to our own servers. We use Resend, a transactional email service, to send a notification to our pharmacy inbox and, where applicable, a confirmation to you. If you choose to contact us or send photos via WhatsApp, that conversation is carried over Meta's WhatsApp platform rather than our own systems. These are service providers you are choosing to use, and their servers may be located outside Canada; we do not authorize either service to use your information for any purpose beyond delivering your message to us.

We do not share your information with marketers or data brokers, and we do not sell personal information.

Our website uses a small number of cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. Marketing cookies are not used. You can change your preferences anytime using the cookie banner.
