Do I need to call my old pharmacy?: No. Once you send this form, our pharmacist contacts your previous pharmacy for you.
Will my PharmaCare and insurance still work?: Yes. We bill BC PharmaCare and many other plans directly. See the full list on our About page.
How long does a transfer take?: It depends on how quickly your previous pharmacy sends your records. We will keep you updated.
